PaXifica includes a production company for the production and support of moving images, and a non-profit trust that shares expertise across a number of disciplines in the performing and visual arts.
Paxifica Moving Image Production (PMIP)Paxifica Moving Image Production’s objective is to work in collaboration with Paxifica Performing Arts Laboratory, cooperating in creative projects, using film, digital video and computer technologies to engage in experimental work in the area of interdisciplinary practice. Paxifica Moving Image Production has a professional team with extensive experience working in commercial, documentary, feature and experimental film/video production in New Zealand and the United States.
Paxifica Performing Arts Laboratory Trust (PPAL)Paxifica’s objective is artistic experimentation through interdisciplinary collaboration between artists, actors, writers, designers, dancers, singers, musicians and composers, computer engineers and graphic designers, film-makers, puppeteers, visual artists and architects, to produce innovative performance.
