Yasha J. Lavie

Yasha Lavie was an Essene.

He lived in the Qumran caves and was part of their brotherhood. As a child he was made to memorize the knowledge which had come to his people directly and to store it in his consciousness. In 1997 at the age of 38, after working for many years in different fields of healing, he became aware of this connection. A lot of material was revealed to him in the subsequent 7 years through visions and direct contact. Many times he revisited the desert, the caves and his teachers, whose wisdom and respect for their young students as well as their unconventional teaching methods are awe-inspiring.

His healing work changed. The Essenes looked at the physical body in an interesting way: they saw how the state of our physical body is directly related to our state of mind, abilities and life issues and therefore had a truly holistic approach to health and healing. The spiritual component, which had long held a central place in his work, took a different meaning in the light of this new perspective. As the revelations continued, he knew that the time had come to share this process of discovery with others.

 

 

 

Yasha's personal account.

In 1997 I experienced an "earthquake", says Yasha, as I was guided to become aware of the spiritual reality that underlies the physical one. It's impossible to know what my life would have been like if I hadn't gone with my heart and followed the spiritual path. I might be a happier person, I might have discovered other things in life or I might be a frustrated middle-aged man. Who knows? But as I'm writing these words I feel very strongly that I actually didn't have a choice. When you see things clearly, choices seem to be taken away from you. All I wish in life is to be fulfilled by a purpose, and this path, the spiritual one, offers it to me.
