The Essene tools to live life with spiritual awareness
In the seminars you will be given three concepts, three tools, which take a central place in the Essene view of how we relate to the world around us. They are amazing systems that are truly all-embracing. You'll find that any thought, any emotion or any deeply felt experience has a place in it!
These concepts help you recognize who you are and why you operate in life the way you do. They talk about how to live with yourself with acceptance and how to make changes, if that's what you desire.
I'm
sure you're familiar with the pace of change after meeting this delightful
man. Much to do and lots to remember about using the tools he gave us.

The Four Issues of Being Human
We all come into the world with "The Four Issues of Being Human." They form an intrinsic part of our nature. In fact, becoming aware of them is one of the two main reasons why we choose to live on Earth, in physical reality. These issues become visible in the form of four basic fears we all carry to varying degrees, the fear of being lonely, of not being "good enough," of not being safe and of not being in control of our life to the degree we'd like. They have their roots in our separation from the Divine Source, which happened when we embarked on the journey into physicality, the beginning of the history of mankind.
At the seminars Yasha will show you ways to recognize these issues; how they manifest in you and influence you in your decisions, particularly in the important moments in life when it seems you have arrived at a crossroads. As you get more in touch with your Divine origins, these fears have less impact. As a result you will feel freer to explore ways you can express yourself joyously and contribute creatively to the whole. Because this is the other of the two main reasons we are here on Earth and the most important one.
The Seven Bridges of Christ Consciousness
"The Seven Bridges of Christ Consciousness" form the main tool that can take us closer to our true nature. They are seven different energies through which we connect to ourselves and others. You'll experience and learn how any conflict you feel within yourself or with others becomes clearer and therefore easier to solve by stepping onto one or more of these bridges. Their by-product is love. Their end product is love too..
Crossing the bridges will lead you to the house of God.

The Levels of Acceptance
Maybe the hardest thing in life is to live with acceptance of ourselves and of what we may think as our "shortcomings". Most of us live with feelings of guilt. It often seems as if all you can do is either fight or ignore them. With "The Five Levels of Acceptance" Yasha and the Essenes present five steps that will help you to live with more acceptance and love.
The
exercises for the bridge of compassion were the hardest for me. Not because
of my lack of physical fitness, but because of my reluctance to have compassion
with myself. However, compassion touched me gently that day, when my tears
started flowing during the associated stretch of the back (which in itself
actually feels quite good).
